These are the terms for the free exposure checker and the three paid services on this site. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay: hello@modelsunsetdesk.com.

1. Who you are dealing with

Model Sunset Desk is a business name used by Orkhan Karimov, Mississauga, ON L5G 1H4, Canada. It is one person working with AI coding agents, not a team or an agency. The agents search code, draft changes and run comparisons; Orkhan Karimov reviews every change before it is delivered to you. We describe this as AI-assisted, human-reviewed.

2. Scope

• Before any work starts, we write the scope of your engagement in one paragraph, with an acceptance test, and agree it with you by email.
• Anything outside that paragraph is not included unless we agree a new paragraph in writing.
• We take work with a 23 Oct 2026 deadline until our calendar is full. If it is full, we will say so before you pay.

3. Services and prices

All prices are in US dollars.

Delivery times start once we have the access and staging key the scope paragraph calls for.

4. Payment

• Payment is by Stripe Payment Link, by card.
• Deposits are paid after the scope paragraph has been agreed, not before.
• Taxes: services to non-residents of Canada are generally zero-rated for GST/HST.

5. Refunds and cancellation

• Swap & Verify is paid only after delivery. If the delivery does not pass your review, you do not pay.
• Deposits (Fine-tune Replacement and Agency Pack) are refunded in full if work has not started.
• If we miss the agreed delivery date, you may cancel and receive your deposit back.

6. Access and how we deliver

• We deliver by pull request into your repository, or as a fixed workflow export that you import yourself. You review it and decide whether to merge or import it.
• We do not take production access or passwords.
• For the before/after comparison you provide a staging API key created for this job. Please revoke it when the job is finished.

7. Your data

• Code, prompts, test inputs, training files and any other material you give us are used only for your engagement.
• We delete them within 7 days of delivery.
• Our AI coding agents run on third-party AI model services, so the material needed for the job passes through those services while we work. The comparison runs call OpenAI with your staging key. If any of your material must not be processed that way, tell us before work starts.
• The free exposure checker runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste into it is sent to us or anyone else.

8. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee output parity, quality, uptime, revenue or compliance with any law or standard. A different model can behave differently, and no one can promise identical results. What we promise is a measured comparison on the agreed inputs, and a pull request or fixed workflow export.

Model availability, behaviour, prices and retirement dates are set by the model providers and can change after our report. The report describes what we measured, when we measured it.

The free exposure checker finds model IDs written out in the text you paste. It cannot see IDs built at runtime, stored in a database or chosen in a vendor dashboard, and it does not cover Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex retirement dates. It is provided as is.

9. Liability

Our total liability for an engagement is capped at the fee you paid for that engagement.
